Our mobile application utilizes cutting-edge 3D scanning technology to create a mesh of your face, which we use to design your personally sized mask.

Our proprietary software generates a 3D reconstruction of your face in just a matter of minutes.  We use your key measurements to model the geometry of your nose, create the instructions for the 3D printer and create your fully-customised nose piece.   We also use the key measurement to select the right soft body shape to combine with the nose bridge.

All the elements of the mask are put together, personalised for you and dispatched to your chosen face fit service provider ready for fit testing.
